Can't buy wrath belt.

Greetings.

I'm trying to buy the wrathful belt which requires a rating of 1300, although despite my team and personal rating being 1306, (as shown on my armory) I'm unable to buy it.

I'm guessing the cause is some kind of 'display issue' in the pvp interface- when I look at my 2s team the members are not shown (the box that pops up when you click on the team is completely blank, it doesnt even show my toon).

Just wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this. Thank you
