On KJ but gate is locked. We are currently attempting the soft reset but we have people that got saved and afk'd/logged out inside keeping it live.

Should be all set now, Arç! If you currently have a raid formed, you will need to perform a soft reset for your instance to update to reflect the last gate being down.

Instance Soft Reset

    -Disband your raid
    -Have everyone in your raid exit the instance and remain out of the instance for no less than 30 minutes
    -Reform and enter the raid again
