Want my Raid ID back!

So, here is the story:

I recently had to cancel my account due to being broke(about a month ago). I finally got the money recently to go purchase a new gamecard, so I activated my account the other day. Everything was fine...but all of my old raid id's were missing. Completely blank, nothing to extend, nata :(

Why does this matter? B/C I have saved a guild lich king raid ID for over 4 months now(no, we aren't bad, just have serious attendance issues), and it was taken away when my account went inactive. This is complete crap imo. I opened a ticket to see if a GM could restore the saved id so I can continue to carry it, and all I received was some junk mail about raid id's, weekly raids, and other things that never addressed the issue.

Could a gm who actually knows what he is talking about please reply to this. I feel like I wasted my money coming back to wow at the moment, and need something to brighten my day.

And plz, if you guys can restore characters that have been deleted 6 months ago(yes, I've seen it happen) then surely you can re add my raid id.

Raid ID information is only preserved up to one week, Evee - the next week, you would need to manually choose to save it again.

Raid IDs are not something our Game Masters are able to assist with in most cases - there are extreme restrictions on what can be reset, and in no case are we able to recover an old one. Our Game Masters simply do not have that functionality. Restoring a character is its own process, and the data for Raid IDs is not stored the same way Character data is. I'm afraid I can't get into more technical detail than that, as that would be on the development side of things and my background is originally as a Game Master.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but if you feel this is something we should be able to provide, you are most welcome to post your thoughts or ideas in our Suggestion forum. Our developers, who would have the power to change such a thing, read that forum regularly and are eager to hear your feedback!
