Reduced spell benefit Question

OK so i just achieved 80 with my druid, but when i cast the Rank 4 Gift of the Wild spell on myself or the group, I only receive the benefits of the Rank 3 Gift of the Wild spell, Its weird because the rank 4 spell requires a different reagent then the rank 3 spell, and when im casting the rank 4 spell it consumes the Wild Spineleaf(Rank 4 Reagent), but i get the benefit of the Rank 3 spell.

What should i do to fix this: heres what I have tried.

Checking to make sure the correct spell is on my bars.

Removing all add-ons and restarting.

Logging of and back on many times to try and reset it.

Anything else I can try? any help would be appreciated

I'd recommend a full reset UI, which if you've removed your addons already should be a fairly painless process.

Try this, then test and let us know if things don't straighten out for you. That is of course presuming the correct rank is indeed the one being used - sounds like it if it's consuming the correct reagent.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

Take off the buff.

What is your Armor rating.

Cast it - what is your Armor rating.

Resistances would be another thing to look at before and after.
