A while ago, I set up parental controls on my account for the sole purpose of disabling RealID due to privacy concerns. I've had a change of heart since, but for some reason I can't seem to access the PCs at all. I clicked the link that was sent to the "parent" e-mail (the one that says "Be sure to hang on to this email (...), this is your key to accessing Battle.net Parental Controls any time you wish), and I got this:
Q u o t e:
We’re sorry, but this token is invalid or has expired. To access parental controls, please click here to receive a new token.
I then tried to request a new access key by entering the "parent" e-mail... and I got hit with "An error has occurred" message. So then I tried to enter the b.net login e-mail, and I was told that a an e-mail with a new key has been sent my way. It's hours later, and I still didn't receive anything (checked the spam folders on both addresses, too).
Is it possible to petition the removal of parental controls through this forum? And if not, who do I have to contact and what documents do I have to provide?
Thanks in advance.
