RP Griefing: Does Blizz actually care?

I'm sorry if this tone is a little harsh, but I'm getting tired of this.

There's a guild on Venture Co called "<removed>". And they seem to take great delight in griefing any RP they happen to come across.

They've done this for, oh, at least six months. To this date I have heard of zero enforcement being taken by Blizzard.

Its gotten to the point where the RPers on the server don't even bother putting tickets about this, because they're routinely ignored.

Yes, we ask them to leave. No, we're not forcing them to take part. Yes, we report specific names. I even throw in screenshots. Seems to be no suspensions, no bannings and I'd be honestly surprised if there was

I personally have entered maybe 20 tickets mentioning the name of their guild leader.

And no word from GM's as to whether or not any action is being taken, and if I need to provide additional information to assist their enforcement.

And, yes, I have asked MANY times for more info on how to properly report them. Nothing received.

What is the magic bullet here? Or is it just that Blizzard doesn't care at all about RPers?

Q u o t e:

20 reports of their leader by myself alone.

Does it take 100 before a suspension is actually meted out?

Is the leader actually the person involved? We don't action 'guilds', we take reports on individuals.

And yes, you need to report any infractions just as soon as they happen - reporting the offending parties themselves.
