Exploiting... again

You might be happy to know, Vellik, that both these situations are well-known by our developers and there are fixes planned for a future patch. I'm afraid I cannot provide more information than that, but it is a known issue and being worked on. Please do take some solace in that.

If I am remembering the thread correctly, I believe that was in regard to the players potentially botting, not the exploit you speak of. They may NOT have been botting, it is difficult to tell these things from a player's point of view. I'm sorry if that was confusing, but let me be perfectly clear - the exploit you are speaking of is acknowledged, and will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

The penalties for exploiting, Virillina, are usually not light in nature, though we do try to give players a chance to reform, sometimes with a warning. However, it is possible those you are reporting are not quite "getting the hint," and continue to behave the way they do even after punishment or warning.

Please continue to report these individuals. If a player receives actions multiple times, these penalties can stack and eventually lead up to the player taking an extended vacation, or even having their account closed. But we do need your continued assistance in reporting these things to our Game Masters for review.
