Recruit a friend problem.

My friend recruited another friend, and they seem to get the 3x exp, but neither can grant each other levels, they did play together for the first 5 levels, then she played on a level 48 paladin (Might be the problem) untill he reached level 9, he went up one level by himself. So he is at 10.
They can also NOT teleport to each other.

I went on the person that was recruited account (Not against the rules right?) I know them both in real life.
and I can't seem to get it to work.
I have recruited people in the past, got up to 53 while linked, and we could do everything properly.
Not this character.

I must say this does sound a tad bit strange, PÃ¢ndaf.

I will be more than happy to take a look into this for you, however in order for me to do so I will need the character name and realm of both the recruiter (who sent the invitation) and the recruit (who accepted the invitation).

Thank you for the information, PÃ¢ndaf. I was able to solve the mystery!

It appears as though the recruit was sent 2 Recruit-A-Friend invitations from 2 different players; one invitation was accepted and an account was created, the other invitation has not been used yet.

The recruit was able to receive the Recruit-A-Friend benefits while partied with Wickedshammy, but not when partied with Holykitty because these characters on 2 different accounts. The recruit would have had to be playing on another character besides Skyxnumberl in order to have received 3XP, etc.
