I would like the email address to send feedback for a GM and also the name of the last GM who answered my ticket. (he/she was awesome, always manage to put a personal feel to the response )

I clicked the message as read :( thinking I would get the survey.

If you have not done so already, be sure to check your junk mail and spam for the survey email. You may have received it and just not know it. :)

The email address provided by your fellow players is indeed the proper way to provide feedback, whether positive or negative. In the email you may wish to provide the issue you experienced, the character and realm you experienced the issue on, and the approximate date and time. This will allow us to review your ticket history and pinpoint who helped you.
