Just one, can i get the triple xp with another toon, if the linked account have already finish its 60 day time limit?

The link is 90 days, you can check the RAF page in account management to see if it is still in place. You can get the XP bonus on any toon (within the usual party & level criteria) during that time limit, but if it expires, it's over.
