Need help with scam.

A recent GDKP was formed, and the raid lead [removed] kicked me out of the raid for no reason - before splitting the gold evenly amongst the raid, as promised before the start of the raid. I have read the ninja looting terms, and i do believe this is considered a scam, i spent all my gold that run and i got nothing out.. all i get out of GM tickets are automated responses..

i am currently pretty distressed over the way this is handled, how can players be allowed to perform such acts over and over again and be allowed to continue to torment others without penalty? I now have nothing left of what i worked for, and i feel cheated. Please assist, i have the raid ID, and am willing to have everything reversed just to get my gold back - or at least have some confort knowing that the thief is not using my gold.
