Account locked?

Hi! yesterday my friend was telling me about how he got a mail about his account being locked and I told him it was probably a scam mail that he shouldnt worry about it, today for my surprise, I got the same message he got on that mail when I tried to log in

(I dont even play on the same server as my friend neither do I have his info or he has mine or whatsoever)

so has this been happening to a lot of people? cause both of us randomly getting our accounts locked just seems weird, noone has my pw and I dont have any malicious software on my pc afaik (got antispywares and antiviruses running and nothing)

In regards to your issue, Sidosa, as the others have mentioned, you should have been sent an e-mail regarding your account lock. Following those instructions should help, but it never hurts to be extra-secure.

I might suggest looking over our Account Security Awareness page just in case. There's other tips on security you may not have initially thought to try, and there's certainly no harm in doing additional scans or taking supplemental precautions. =)
