Refer a Friend problems

Hello.

Im currently having trouble with the RaF system, my friend who I am referring has called and petitioned. Neither helped so I figured I'd come here.

Basically, I sent him a RaF, he accepted (Made an account on a trial) and immediately upgraded with all the expansions and two months of time. On top of that he moved two of his characters over to the new account.

Problem is, the RaF page says nothing about him even accepting the email yet, but its definitely the right one (Considering he started the account from the email recieved) and all the characters on that account (Even the ones above 20) cannot level, get mail, or anything else of a full account.

I was told it would take time, but its been 24 hours and after the poor customer support we've already gotten I'd like to have some answers to this.

Your friend may have indeed made a trial account, but if its the referral from the account you are posting with here, it wasn't from that RAF invitation, that shows open and unaccepted at this time.

He may have received it, and made a trial directly without accepting it.

Could you give me a character name/realm on the account in question so I could look at it from that direction?

Well, that account was indeed upgraded, but it was never referred. Nor do I see another trial on that Battle.net as we usually do in these cases.

I'd recommend he contact Billing just as soon as possible about this. I am unsure whether they can retroactively link this since (at least on this Battle.net) that RAF wasn't activated - but this is brand new, if there is any alternatives, now would be the time to pursue them.

The only RAF invitation I see on this account you are posting here under, doesn't look to have ever been accepted and activated.
