Hi, I deleted a toon a while back, and I was wondering how I go about restoring him?

As Daniera and Tengianna suggested, Melilithia, go ahead and submit an in-game petition. Though no restoration is ever guaranteed we are usually happy to help when we can so if we are able to restore the character we likely will. :)

According to the @BlizzardCS twitter feed queue times are around 1 day 6 hours so make sure you leave that petition open and it will be addressed.
