My son was wanting to play WoW with me so I tried to do the recruit a friend. I sent him the RAF, got codes, made battlenet account but ended up upgrading the account to full WoW and then entering in the RAF code :( I think I have done it backwards! Ugh! It's saying his account is still trial, does this mean there may be some hope I can still help him level and get the rocket mount? I did this while very tired, my bad. I haven't paid for the 60 days access yet, I just upgraded to full. I did send in a email/form somewhere ( I think to accounts) I'm really hoping I didn't break the RAF :(

It is awesome to hear your son is interested in World of Warcraft, Alexsi. Usually it is the kids that get their parents interested in the game, not the other way around. :D

Your sons account has WOW1 and WOW2. WOW1 is the full version of World of Warcraft and WOW2 is the Recruit-A-Friend invitation. All is not lost though! You will be able to get the Recruit-A-Friend benefits as you intended.

I need for you to do a couple of things for me though. I see on both of the accounts your son has created characters. Unfortunately, he will lose the character he created on the Recruit-A-Friend account; but if he would like to retain the name, the character will need to be deleted. If the character name is not a concern we can proceed.

We may be able to solve the issue but I need for your both to exit the game completely. Before exiting the game, delete the character on WOW2. Update the thread when I can continue.

Hi, thanks for the quick response :) the character on WoW2 has been deleted. Thankyou for helping! :)
All done, Alexsi. Your account is now properly linked to your son's account. It looks like we were able to take care of this earlier, however we missed a step on our side. You will need to restart the game on both accounts and log back in once again. Additionally, you will no longer see WoW2 on your new battle.net account.

Let us know if there is any other issue we can assist you with.
