Free Charector Transfer

My family has 3 accounts with charectors on Dentarg.
Dentarg turned from PVP to PVE and free transfers are offered.
We were able to transfer all of our charectors except 1 level 80 on each account.
We now have our main charectors on each account stuck on dentarg, all of our other charectors have been moved.
When I try to transfer these stuck charectors I receive an error with no explanation.
I have been trying this for 2 days now and have not logged into the charectors for more than 24 hours.
All of their mail boxes are empty.

Charector names are: Pheper, Shootyertrap and Magicfingaz
The desired destination realm for these charectors is zuluhehed.

Hi Pheper,

I don't see any issues that would keep you from initiating the transfer. I recommend that you try clearing your browser history or try an alternative web browser. If you are still unable to initiate the transfer, you may contact our billing and account services.
