Scroll of Resurrection

Friend is not receiving the email.

I cast this upon a player using Realm / Character name, and using my friends battle.net address, and he is not receiving the email. We know its the correct battle.net address because he logged in to his account and saw his frozen account status. He thought maybe there might be a way to accept it through that system. Not in his junk mail, not in his email period.

I have sent 3 friend requests and it wont allow anymore because 3 is the limit per account, so I know its the correct address once again because two are the email, one is the realm/name combo, and a 2nd realm/name combo cannot be send because of the 3 limit.

We have given up and he has gone to bed, so I cant confirm a fix if one happens until later.

Hi Xubera,

If your friend has already checked the junk mail folder, have him try changing his battle.net e-mail. It's possible that the e-mail is somehow being filtered.

Although this should be a reason as to why the e-mail is not being delivered, keep in mind what Aziru mentioned:

You may only send a Scroll of Resurrection to World of Warcraft accounts that have NOT been upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King.
