Transfer and Brewfest

If you transfer a character from Alliance on one server to Horde on another server, does the meta achievement progress for brewmaster reset? Like, if you're in the middle of it, will you have to sstart all over, or will the achievement's progress transfer and just convert to Horde equivalents?

All achievements that are faction-specific and NOT related to the Argent Tournament should translate over fine, Fendria. This should include progress.

I believe the Brewfest achievements are not considered "faction specific" and should not be affected by the process.
