Faction/server X-fer - Blue Tracker

Just wondering how long does it take for the internal server to recognize that there is not mail in my mailbox nor is there any mail on its way to me. Everytime I try to x-fer I get the error message that I have mail.

Can you provide the name of character and realm you are trying to transfer?
