Guild Beta Contest - No replies

8 weeks ago, our GM provided 10 people's names and account emails to the contest email address as directed.

9 of our 10 guild members were flagged about 6 weeks ago now. The 10th was not, and to this date despite repeat emails about the issue still has not been (nor have we received ANY response to our emails, which were all sent by the GM). We were excited to go into the beta as a 10-man raiding guild to be able to test raid content as 10 or dungeon content as 2 5-mans; however, the person who remains unflagged is our guild's main tank. He's frustrated with us and the situation, and we're of course frustrated as well.

As I said, we've emailed several times and we've never gotten a response. I'm hoping it's possible to confirm if he actually is unflagged (as of Wednesday night he said he still wasn't, if someone could confirm this I'd appreciate it) and to plead for some other avenue of help. There should be no reason we aren't all flagged after a 6-week wait and multiple emails :(

The affected character is Cragord on Doomhammer.

PS: I went back and checked, the first follow-up email regarding the one unflagged member was sent on August 16, and another was sent September 1. A third was sent on September 22. We have never received a response from any of them.

Heya Hyasen,

My apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

I am not sure how they are handling the responses to player emails at this time, I do know they are reading the emails sent to [email protected], and they are still flagging players this week. Unfortunately, that is all the information that I currently have.

While it's probably just a coincidence, an hour after your post we finally received a reply email that our long-neglected guildie would be flagged in the next wave of beta invites. Hopefully this will go smoothly and we won't have any more problems.

Thanks again for being our de facto liaison through all this. It was a lot of stress dumped on your wings! You deserve a nice big <insert whatever moths eat here>. And a raise!

As a note to any others following this, the email that we received a reply to was my most recent request of 2 days ago - none of the others were ever answered, leaving me to believe they were read and disregarded or deleted mistakenly. If you're still struggling for answers, I suggest emailing again and being sure to include that you've made X number of requests already that have gone unanswered.

Did they happen to say when the next wave of invites is going to be?

As for when they are going to flag the next wave, I am not sure. If they said soon, then that's all I can say is soon.
