Recently I have called Blizzard's contact lines because my account was being hacked, and they fixed that for me with the Account Recovery web page.
I played fine yesterday, but when i tried to logon today I get this message:
"Access to your account has been temporarily disabled. Please contact support for more information at
https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/account-error.html."
And when I clicked on the link, it said this!!!
"This account has been permanently disabled. For more information please contact wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com."
I received no email.
I have sent in a web form.
I have also emailed wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com
(And this is my alternate account)
The one locked is:
Naru
Drak'Thul.

I'm afraid unless that was you spamming other players with whispers attempting to trick them out of their account information, Tastik, it would seem that you did not find the source of your compromise.

The account was not locked but not closed.

It looks like you sent in the webform for security verification but I'd urge you to make certain your system is secure as an additional compromise after this will likely require additional steps to be taken to unlock it.

Once your webform is processed they should reset your password which will allow you back in. :)

Q u o t e:
So it's possible I could get it back?

Yes, it is very likely in fact. Our goal is to repair what damage is caused and return the account to the registered user but the account/computer needs to be secure. If it continues to be compromised we may have no choice but to lock it until such time as additional verification is provided and additional security steps are taken.

Please check out the links I provided and see if you can find a keylogger or other type of malicious program is on your system.
