I'm not entirely certain why you would receive such a message, Saneth. That usually means the realm itself is down or the area that your character is in is not active.

I'll see if there is anything that I can do. I'll return with an update.

Edit: Never mind, it appears that the character was able to be moved and you are logged into it.
