Wow1 and wow 2 problem - Blue Tracker

i play trial wow for 5 days and hit lv 20...
i today when to buy the battlechest and lich king expansion...
i upgrade it and it appears to have wow1 and wow2 in my account...
then when i start the game it ask me to choose wow1 or wow2 but wow 2 dun have my lv 20 character..
i dun wan to waste my effort of lv20 character...
it it possible to let the retail game combine in wow1 and i can play full game and have my lv 20 character
Plz i need bizzard help ...this is not my fault i press upgrade and then it appear wow2?
i saw at forum bizzard can solve it in 5 min...
hope it solve asap then i can start training soon...

Rather than upgrade the existing account, Aionwarrior, it looks as though you created another account by mistake.

We can understand not wanting to lose the character you have leveled to 20, however this is not an issue that can be solved through the Forums or even in-game. You will need to contact Account Services by phone and speak with someone directly to discuss the options available.

Yes, this is a fairly common occurrence. Be sure when you contact them you have your CD keys nearby in case they are needed for verification.
