Friends account compromised

Where would I report my friends account being compromised? I know for a fact it is not my friend, the password has been changed and everything (according to her) and we're not sure what else there is to do for now.

She reset her password on my computer which i know for a fact is not compromised, and when we logged on it asked for an authenticator. She never used one before so we're not sure how it got there...

If they added an authenticator - her email is compromised.

No question about that anymore, there is a verification that goes out when one is added.
