It's funny how two players from the same server one healer one dps can both roll on dps trinket with a low drop rate so the dps toon can get the trinket and joke about how they just scammed you had the healer not rolled I would have won the trinket I am pretty sure a GM will come back and say there is nothing they can do I guess its time to find a new game.

As others have mentioned, Iceblooded, there is no rule against needing an item. It is certainly rude to joke about it afterward, the winner of the loot however has the right to do whatever they want with the loot. The best thing you can do is put them on your ignore list and hopefully not group up with them again.

If you feel you have been scammed in any way, you may open an in game petition and our game masters would be glad to review your issue.
