Iv had my account closed after evidence was produced indicating one or more characters on the account were found to be using an unauthorized cheat program. I think it was because i clicked on an email that looked like it was from blizz and it had my battle.net pass changed and i got it bak like a week later, then my account closed. i want to know what i can do about it.

Please understand, Dontwandme, we would rather not close or suspend any account. Unfortunately when an account is verified to have violated our Terms of Use that is indeed what may happen.

We will do everything we can to investigate the matter further and verify if the actions may have been taken while the account was compromised but please understand, Dontwandme, ultimately you, as the registered user are responsible for all activity on the account. If we are unable to verify that these actions took place while the account was compromised we will be unable to overturn the actions.

It sounds that you are rather indifferent that your account was compromised 4 times. We are happy to help whenever we are able to but 4 times?

Regardless, the only point of contact for such issues is our Account Administration department. You will need to continue your dialog with them.
