10 Day BC Trial error

Whenever I try to give this account (WoW3) the BC trial, I get an error page with no numbers or anything explaining it. I had already used it on another account (WoW1), but it was around 4 or 5 months ago. They are all on the same battlenet account.

From what I can see it looks like you upgraded the account on 9/18 around 3:00 GMT which is almost exactly 4 days ago. Even with a 72 hours process pending time it should have cleared by now.

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files (cookies/cache), reloaded the browser and tried again? Make sure you are trying to apply the trial to WOW3.
