From what I can see it looks like you upgraded the account on 9/18 around 3:00 GMT which is almost exactly 4 days ago. Even with a 72 hours process pending time it should have cleared by now.
Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files (cookies/cache), reloaded the browser and tried again? Make sure you are trying to apply the trial to WOW3.
