I got perma banned need help plz

I got banned from my main account because of the use of hacks, but it wasn't me, how can I get unbanned? I called blizzard and what they did was to reset my password but I'm still banned they said that the one who banned me had higher rank than them and they couldn't unban me, talked to a gm on this account and he told to mail wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com I did and explained the situation don't know what to do I need help plz : ( will I remain banned forever??

If your account was banned and you feel this was due to your account being compromised, you will need to contact Account Administration here:
    Account Administration
    Assists with: investigating account actions and disputes, etc

    Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
