Faction change

I just transfered my lvl 80 human paladin from Moonrunner to Daggerspine. I tried to do a faction change today, and it says that the character is ineligible. I didn't see anything about having to wait a certain amount of time after changing servers before you can initiate a faction change, but is this the case? If not, why is the toon ineligible?

Faction Changes and Race Changes share a cooldown period, Trymn.

If you are referring to the character you are posting under, a Race Change took place on this character on 9/19 making it not eligible for a Faction Change at this time.

You should be able to perform the Faction Change tomorrow afternoon.
