It looks to direct to "zoomerang" and has an email [email protected] listed for questions. My concern arrives when I check the SMTP headers (normally do with blizzard emails). The times do not match up. I am noting a delivery time difference of nearly 8 hours from when the headers say the email was delivered.
A quick search of the forums indicated some fraudulent surveys reported back in 2006, but nothing similar to this. Here is the text:
