My account is locked again!!

I posted this last time and no blue answered, but seems to me there's something "suspicious" that blizzard thinks my account is doing. I live in Japan, cause i'm in the Air Force.. and since i've been here you guys have locked my account 3 times. Last time you a blue told me to update my information from an in-game ticket, and i did. I updated all my info because I'M STATIONED IN JAPAN. I've been stationed here for about 4 months. I don't understand the fact that i ask reasons why you guys keep locking my account conveniantly, then i can't even remotely fathom how many spam emails i get from fake email accounts.

I have no keylogger, i have no 3rd party programs, i use smoothping for WOW. I play starcraft 2, i'm a loyal damn customer. WHY is there no reason why a blue cannot help me with this situation. The risk of me clicking on a email from blizzard saying my account is locked just goes to show this is a serious problem, because i can't get my account back safely. I have to go to battle.net answer security questions, then you guys email me ONCE AGAIN, with the same email that looks almost 100% like the fake emails everyone gets.

This is starting to piss me off, ive made multiple threads asking for help and i get nothing.

Loadelux,

You have answered your own question as to why the account keeps getting locked.
Q u o t e:
i use smoothping for WOW.
Smoothping and any other service to lower latency is not supported by us. As other’s have mentioned, you can attempt to prevent the security lock by setting a dedicated server, however there is no guarantee that your account will not get flagged. Our goal is to secure accounts, regardless of how you feel about this feature.
Q u o t e:
I was even told by a blue that was not the problem. Maybe i should just post on the OT thread, so i can get a god damn blue to respond.
Can you kindly point me to where this was mentioned?
Q u o t e:
Its ok, the blue's really dont give a [removed] about issues like this. As long as the OT thread is up and running, these 2 new blues wont have a job much longer.
While we are glad to answer your questions, keep in mind that a response is not always guaranteed. If you would like to express your concerns in regards to forum CS feel free to e-mail wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com

If you are no longer using low ping type services and still getting locked, our billing and account services representatives are able to further look into your issue. With additional verification, they would be able to help prevent future locks.

The last thing I ask from you is that you refrain from using inappropriate language.

Loadedlux,

I read all your post. Which is why I said:

In other words, if you or anyone else following this thread has stopped using low ping type services and are still getting hit by a security lock, your next stop is our billing and account services. Unfortunately this is not something we can resolve for you via our forums, you will need to call.
