Character transfer - no status?

Okay, two days ago I filled out all the forms and entered payment information to have a character transferred between realms, and it told me that it was submitted and that my request would go into the approval process. I've checked https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/character-transfer-intro.html and there is no status listed. What am I missing?

Did you request this transaction on the account you are posting on, Rizley? If not, can you provide me with the name/ream of a character on the account you did request this transfer on?

That's very odd, Rizley. Unless my tools are having trouble updating, I'm unable to find any record of a paid character transfer on your battle.net account. It's possible it did not go through at all - normally you do receive an e-mail "receipt" of sorts after completing these transactions.

If you did not receive one of these, you may want to simply try again. Otherwise, you might want to contact our Billing & Account Services Department for additional assistance.
