After recovering my account from being hacked two days ago I noticed a new email from Blizz. saying i requested a PW change. I did not request a change as I just did change it two days ago? I have not opened the email although it does look like a simmilar one that Blizz. sends when you do request a PW change. Any feed back on this would be appreciated

I have some information for you concerning the password reset email, Akwild.

The good news is I show a password reset requested on the account, indicating the email you questioned was indeed from us.

The not so good news is the password reset was requested from a foreign and possibly malicious location. Since you have reset your password recently you are aware you need to provide the first and last name on the account, the email address, and the answer to the secret question. The only way for them to do further damage is if they were able to access your email address.

In cases like this it is recommended you create a brand new email address to use on the Battle.net account only. Be sure to use a different password for Battle.net than you would for your email account. It may not be a bad idea to scan the computer again in the event something was missed initially.
