Account Banned?!

Hey,

So apparently Blizzard banned my account for using a "bot" to level. Can't they see that I was hacked and the IPs be different?

Once I got banned I changed the password to the account to prevent further infiltration. Even after I did that I got an email, after the ban, saying that someone has changed my password and email. I mean common Blizz, can't you see that it wasn't me?

Also how can a bot que for an instance and do all the quests and still have them in my bag? Don't bots just farm crap? If you look at the character that was in question he was questing until someone got a hold of him and starting farming fire elementals....

I am beyond words because I just lost an account that I had 7 80s on....

I've contacted [email protected] and they said there actions still stand. The last email was said that they sent it to a supervisor to have them look at it further. I think it kind of stinks that the way I can only communicate with that team is through email. Its been 3 days and I haven't gotten a response.

Whats even better is that I transferred two of my main characters to my 2nd account. Now they reverted it back because they thought it was a "hacker" doing it meanwhile that was me because I wanted my toons off that account because it has been compromised to much lately and I wanted to play it safe.

Is there anything that can be done with checking in on the wowaccoutnadmin team and see where there at with investigating from the supervisor? Or anything that can be done to help?

From the looks of things, Salvatri, an Account Administration supervisor did review your case and a reply was sent to the email address registered to the Battle.net account.
