Was on line doing some randoms when I noticed one of my other toons from another account came on line and then left. I logged off right in the middle of the run but the PW was changed on the account. I went back to this account and tried to kick the AH vendor out of the shared guild bank, but was too late .... all is gone.

I just tried to call Blizz but it's too late. So I guess all the stuff from that account is gone along with over 70k in gold..........

What can "I" do now?

Well the first thing to do is find out how they got your information.

If it's from a source they can come by it again - like malware or a compromised email account - they WILL be back.

You need to make absolutely certain both your system and your email account are secure. Report this - along with the guildbank involvement and we can take a look into getting things back into shape for you.

This sticky may be useful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Such actions are indeed the rule rather than the exception with a compromised account - that can be dealt with.

They don't steal these to do 'nice' things with them.

Just make sure of your security first, make sure this is reported - and the process goes on from there.
