I got scammed

Probably this is not the right place to post my issue, but since i have not got any reply from game master for days, I'm gonna try my luck on this forum.

I just got scammed.
This player --<REMOVED>-- tried to sell me spectral tiger for 12000g.
i already paid him and he gave me the coupon code, but the coupon wasnt valid. I tried to inv him back, but he left the group.

can you do something pls?i know that this is all my fault and my own stupidity. I also understand that there a high probability that i wont get my gold back.
I just don't wanna this scam keeps continue and discredit the other people.

I know you are frustrated, Áshbringer, but your fellow players were trying to provide you the information you were searching for.

As indicated, the Customer Service Forum is not a means to bypass the in-game petition system. We can advise you of the status of the ticket you submitted, or recommend you submit one, however investigations of this nature are not addressed by the moderators of this forum.

With that said your ticket has been addressed and resolved. When you log into the game on the character you made the ticket on, you should see a notification in the upper right corner alerting you to the reply.
