Our realm technicians continue to look into this issue, folks. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA on when the realms may be brought back online.

I will let you know as soon as I receive an update.

if you have to time to monitor our posts you have time to go find what got jacked up!!!!!!

If I have time to do my job I should have time to do a job that isn't mine and I am in no way qualified to do?

O.o

I will provide what updates I can as they are provided to me but I am not a realm technician and I don't believe you want me poking around the hardware.

Vrakthris,

Any idea what it was that caused this to happen yet? I imagine that a cat was playing in the server room and kinda knocked em all down =(.

I do not unfortunately.

It looks like they are still testing the realms as they are brought back online. They should slowly be coming back slowly but additional testing may need to be done before they are brought back online fully.

Looks like all the offline servers are just disappearing >.> please don't tell me our toons are going to get erased or something

O.o

Of course your characters aren't being erased, the realms that are being worked on just may not be displayed publicly.

Vrakthris how much do you get paid to put up with us? Ok Do you get paid enough to put up with us?

Well, I wouldn't turn down a raise, but I enjoy my job immensely and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I understand that having your play realm offline isn't fun for anyone so I'm happy to stick with you guys and provide what updates I can. :)

It looks like they are going through several phases of testing on each realm to see if the issue has been resolved. Hopefully this will verify that all the realms can be brought back online. I'll let you know as soon as I hear something.

I bet it was a hardware failure. I take it you have no way to tell us any specifics? Or you're not allowed to?

I'm afraid I do not know. I don't receive specifics usually, if I do I'm always happy to share what I can. :)

Q u o t e:
Are they going in A-B-C order testing these realms :P

I don't believe so. We usually use a Babylonian alphabet. >.>
Q u o t e:

cause they will take anyones money, just cause they take your money doesnt mean they have to speak in your native tongue, no offense im just sayin

Technically true. Anyone is welcome to play our game though we are only able to provide support for specific regions. As noted by Zenlyth we do have a specific forum for Latin America. A forum that had a post created in is that mimics this one in information. :)

If you contacted us and only spoke French or Russian, etc... we would do our best to communicate but in the end we are only able to provide support in English and Spanish for the North American/LA realms.

Besides the information to Spanish-speaking people came 2 hours after the report is the English-speaking people, and because of our complaints in English.

No, Miguelix, you are incorrect.

This thread was created at 15/09/2010 05:49:15 PM PDT the thread created in the LA CS forum was done so at: 15/09/2010 06:03:00 PM PDT
Q u o t e:

There is a part of the forum in Spanish, English is not the only language, the game is translated to Chinese. I keep posting where just wanted me to leave my complaint here to be read.
If Latin kingdom and everything is translated in SPANISH (game, forum, etc.) To us we have to report in Spanish. Our money is as good as his (or sometimes more for the currency exchange).
If the company does not know about other languages that do not expand the game world and sold in the U.S. alone.
Regards,

At this point, Miguelix, I'm not even certain that you are reading any of the responses directed to you. Yes, the game is translated into Chinese, and they have their own realms, forums, billing department, etc. . . .

We have a European version of the game that covers England, France, Russia, etc... and we have a version in Korean and Taiwanese.

You are leaving a complaint it would be a little pointless because you keep ignoring the fact that there is a Latin Forum. I will not entertain any further posts regarding this matter. Additional commentary will be deleted.

Vrakthris - i have always wondered....
Do GMs, play the game for enjoyment? i.e. in a completely random character, and no one in your guild knows you are a GM, etc?
If you do - what *do* you play? How does it feel to progress through something that you guys probably designed and tested already?

Most of the company plays. I do as well. Only my best friend knows what I do for a living, everyone else thinks I am just a normal player. :)

I'm what you call an altaholic. My mains would be a Paladin, Hunter and Druid and Death Knight though I have mid/high levels of everything else. I'm currently working on Loremaster for my Paladin. :D

Update:

As you may know the realms are slowly coming back online. Thank you all for your patience during this time. Our Technicians will continue to bring these realms back online and monitor them.

I'm not certain whether you are aware, but several realms are still not even appearing on the realm list, including Shattered Hand. Are these realms included in the ones that are "slowly coming back online" or were they removed from the list because of unexpected issues and are excluded from this announcement?

They should be, Malefico.
