I just downloaded the PTR patch and now i cant log in to non-PTR realms, Any ideas? I tried restoring WoW to a previous date but its still seeing itself at patch4.0

Did you check your Worldofwarcraft folder to see if you still have the normal Wow.exe client available? If you do not I'd have to agree with Pahanda in that you likely overwrite it. :(
