Question about ticket and account hack

Hello, after a break from wow I decided to start playing again only to find out my account was hacked. I made a trial account and sent in a ticket from that account since I didn't have a game card at that time. The little notification up in the top right for the ticket finally dissapeard but I didn't hear anything from a GM about the compromised account. The account has been restored but I am curious as to what items I lost and if they are recoverable. I'm posting on the compromised charachter since I was finally able to buy a game card a few days ago but I havn't been able to log in to see what i've lost. I have to download wow for this computer from the battlenet site and it is taking a really long time. so I was just wondering if a GM can tell me what items I lost and if they can be recovered. Thank you for any help. I really appreciate it.

The issue with this one is going to be age, Frog.

This looks like it was compromised back in December.

We may or may not be able to restore anything from that long ago. What I'd recommend is waiting till you can get into game, take a look at your characters and then contact us. If we can't restore what you had, we may be able to offer just a bit of assistance to get your characters into a playable condition again if they currently are not.
