Forcing Name Change

Hey there, talking with another person here on the forums about transfers, and was wondering when you Server Transfer and Faction Change, and the name is not taken, and you intentionally make a character with the same name, would that be considered illegal according to the TOS.

A Faction Change actually comes with a Character Re-customization which includes a name change so. . . .

For Paid Character Transfers though, it is not an intended part of the service but it does allow for if a name is taken on the destination realm that it will provide a free name change so you can select a new name. Creating a character of the same name on the destination realm to facilitate this happening wouldn't be considered a violation of our policies. :)
