Paid character xfer

I recently tried to xfer a character from a pve realm to another pve realm. I received an error stating it did not process. Here is what I tried and the outcome:

-- Tried in IE and Firefox (did not work in either)
-- Cleared cache and tried again in both (did not work)
-- Tried in IE and Firefox on another computer (did not work)
-- Rebooted and tried again (did not work)

Can someone look in to this? Thank you for your time.
