Can't Summon my Linked Friend

I'm having trouble summoning my linked friend through recruit a friend. I referred her just about last week and I checked my account and it says we're linked but when Im in game and I look in my friends tab, I don't see the option to summon nor do I see us receiving triple experience. Could this be because she's on a trial account? Or did we do something wrong??

Looks like your friend made 2 trial accounts. The account with her level 5 is NOT the trial that is linked to yours. She needs to be on the other account, and when the time comes to upgrade to a full account - make sure that is the one she upgrades for the other benefits.
