Got hacked.

I got hacked this afternoon. Waiting on hold for customer service on the phone, and posted a ticket. I was just wondering if there's anything else I can do to speed up the restoration process. If anyone knows, please, post. If a blizzard rep sees this, help a guy out here.

Sometimes I feel like blizzard deletes items themselves, forcing you to buy an authenticator... Most of my friends have been hacked and ended up having to buy them.

Just a theory.

If you have received e-mails letting you know that your restoration is completed, Ulgammathar, yes, you'll need to submit an in-game petition. You do not need to list all your missing items just give them a general idea of what sorts of items are missing.

They'll be able to take another look and see what else can be restored.
