Unable to xfer to diff. account?

Hello. I recently tried to xfer one of my toons onto another account and it's not letting me? it keeps giving me "this char is not available to xfer to other b.net accounts until a 30-day waiting period has elapsed." I'm not too sure why this is, the toon I'm trying to xfer has never been xfered before so the cooldown is non-existent and yes, the account I'm trying to send it to has all of my correct info on it . Any ideas? =/

As the others indicated, Denzinator, there is a 30 day cooldown period on characters on newly merged accounts.

If you have not recently merged the account and are receiving this message I may be able to look into. Give me the name and realm of a character on that account and I'll take a look.
