Super long time for BG, says <1 min

Blizzard,

I am now waiting 33 min for an Arathi Basin BG. It says <1 minute (Last 10 players).

It's peak playing time. What's going on?

As indicated, Lelendarian, if you wish to have Game Master assistance only, you should place a petition. Anyone with an account in good standing is able and encouraged to post here to assist other players, and it is not necessary nor expected of me to reply to every thread created. Flatspriest assessment is quite valid in this situation - the estimation is based on the last players who received a queue for that battleground. It's quite possible they luckily got into one that was just about to start, and after that battleground, no other had commenced.
