Faction Change Help

I submitted a faction change for my son's account a little over 5 hours ago and I am just concerned that it is still not processed. I previously did a faction change on my husband's account and it was ready almost immediately. My concern is because today there has been periodic problems with servers going offline and just wanted to make sure his faction change didn't get glitched due to them.

The transaction number is MXTNPA any help would be appreciated or just a knowledge if it's just a longer wait time due to the weekend.

Could I actually get the name and realm of a character on your son's account, Mystii? That would make it easiest for me to look into, as I don't have quite the same tools a Billing Representative might have. <3
