WOTLK problem

I have upgraded my account to wotlk, and have been to dalaran, even made it my home. Recently, I have been unable to go to Northrend, by hearthstone or zepelin. A message always pops up that says "You must have WOTLK installed to access this area. I have checked my account management section on battle.net, and i see that my account has been downgraded to tbc version. I have tried re- entering my product key, but obviously, it has already been used. Any help on this issue?

I'm unable to find the source of the issue myself, Ladori - I see no signs of Wrath of the Lich King having been added to any accounts attached to the Battle.net account you are posting on. This is something that I believe a Billing & Account Services representative may be best to assist with. Be sure to have your Wrath of the Lich King CD key ready for them to investigate, as well as your standard account information.
