I am researching the status of the petition as we speak and I hope to have an update shortly.

In the meantime, the queue times posted on Twitter are indeed accurate but allow me to clarify the escalated queue time as it appears there is a misunderstanding.

The current Twitter post states:

In-Game response times are approximated as follows:

Petitions Queue Duration: 0d: 20h: 22m
Tickets that have been escalated: + 02h: 0m

This means that petitions that are answered and do not have to be escalated for any reason are taking almost 21 hours. Petitions that need to be escalated for review are taking an additional 2 hours to process, so around 23 hours. I am sorry if the times posted caused any confusion for you.
