Never transfered to there

i just checked my character transaction history and it says i transferred to a server i never went to during a time when i didn't even have internet access. id assume i was hacked at that time but the problem is, my character was still on on its proper server when i got back online and there is no record of me transferring back. the targeted realm is " Agamaggan" which i had never even heard of. is this somekind of glitch or something much worse?

Does anyone else have access to your account, Zelreth?

Based on what I can see, a character transfer was initiated. There is no signs of exploitive activity. It appears the transfer has not been completed. You should hopefully be able to go to the transactions page and cancel it.

My apologies Zelreth, I assumed that was the one you were referring too. ><

In this case, you can fill out and submit an unauthorized transfer webform or contact our billing and account services directly.

What is the name of the character and realm it currently resides on? I can double check for you before you submit the webform.

Found it Zelreth. It looks like there was an attempt to transfer the character back on 3/4 while the account was not under your control. From what I can see, we caught the transfer request and denied it. =)
