I am so confused about how Blizzard wants us

I am so confused about how Blizzard wants us to report body spammers. You know, those guys that spell out websites with their bodies. I was always told to open a ticket and use the keywords "Body Spam in Orgrimmar". I did that.
In my ticket I mentioned body spam 2-3 times, and specifically said it was a group of level 1 Orc Warlocks.

I got a response from a GM last night, and read it today in my mailbox. He's telling me to right click them and click report spam rather than open a ticket? How can I click report spam if they don't say anything? And for some reason the GM got the impression that these body spammers were posing as Blizzard employees? I'm so confused.

Hi Commandoone,

To reiterate what Ljosine mentioned, we do have a system in place that will catch most of these spammers. If you do however see them for a long period of time, we ask that you open an in game ticket and report them. Our game masters will investigate and take the appropriate actions accordingly.
